Science Camp: Camp El-O-Win
Calling All Scientists
June 29 at 10am to July 2 at 11am
4 Days, 3 Nights
Girls Entering 1st-12th grade — $535
Have you ever wondered about the stars above us, nature around us, and the Earth beneath us? Become a scientist for a few days and learn about the stars, planets, birds, trees, rocks, creek, and people who came before us. Perform science experiments, make scientific observations, and complete requirements for your science badges.
Campers will also get to participate in general camp activities such as mountain biking, archery/slingshot shooting, arts and crafts, and water play in the creek.
Campers attending 4-day events are supervised by paid camp staff. Parents bring their campers to camp and pick them up 4 days later. Camp staff are college-aged individuals who have been fingerprinted, background checked, taken state required online training in Mandatory Reporting, Harassment Training and attended an onsite 5-day training at El-O-Win. Longer sessions provide opportunities to explore a wider variety of activities and potentially repeat favorite activities.
